The City of... WHAT?! yeah right.

Sorry I haven't gotten around to posting again. School has been keeping me busy.. and French is kicking my butt, by the way. I hope I can manage to pass the class.

Friday night was a real bummer. I met up with someone who I thought I met when we went to Duplex last Tuesday, but I wasn't quite sure, so it was kind of like a blind date. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I took some friends with me for backup, and good thing I did. When I saw him, I wanted to RUN AWAY. It was so awkward that the only thing left to do to save myself was to quickly think of an emergency escape plan. So, my other roommates FINALLY showed up, and Jos pretended to be sick so that I could leave...

Pahahahah! Believable right??

WRONG!
So after a long night of trying to escape from a NIGHTMARE, we finally made it home.

Saturday was pretty boring. The daytime anyway. Kot had a date, Jos was with other friends, and Ale was out of town visiting her boyfriend. So I stayed home by myself in bed for awhile. Then I thought I would walk around the neighborhood to find something interesting. We live in a really nice neighborhood so I wanted to get to know my way around. But I didn't find anything, really. I found a little place, Tropical Cafe or something, where I had a Heineken. Apart from plenty of boutiques that I can't afford, I really didn't find much. :(

Saturday night was fun. We went to a club called the Showcase. It was really nice inside, but I don't think we will be going back because the music wasn't all that great and the drinks were SUPER expensive.
But we had fun anyway.

Sexy Kot...I did her hair and makeup, but I won't ever do it again because I can't meet guys like that. She steals them all :)

Our hot Brazilian/British friend said he could fall in love with eyes like these, then he fell in love with Kot.

Sunday was market and cleaning day. I like the Sunday routine. But it took all of us all day to clean the apartment. Then once we were done, we enjoyed the fresh cheese and wine from the market. For dinner we decided to go back to the Latin Quarter for those AMAZING crepes. Short and sweet...until I saw this on the Metro on the way home...

I thought my feet were looking rough. This reminded me of a horror movie. Quite scary.

Monday was a good day. I really enjoyed my French civilzation class. (The hot Brazilian teacher :)) It's my favorite.

Tuesday was French class. And I was completely lost. I'm going to have to really kill myself to pass.
Tuesday also happens to be DUPLEX NIGHT!! Always a good time. Especially since we got there in time for free cover and 2 for 1 drinks. HELLS YEAH!

This is what happens when you need a super, heavy duty HUGE strapless bra ^

Everyone looking HOT, of course, after they got their MAKEUP DONE :)

Raphael..

That is all for now.
Haha,

À plus tard!
