OK, so I left off after my first day of orientation. Our second day of orientation was quite fun. We went on a "field trip". We took the Bateau Mouche for a tour of Paris on the Seine River. I must say, I really love Paris field trips; we had to buy really cold Heinekens because it was such a warm day. So: beer and field trips? I'm in!
The tour was absolutely beautiful... As you can see:
Some friends and I before getting on the boat....
I think this was the first class deck :)
Two of my roomies, Kot and Jos!
Lucas and I...doesn't he look so excited?
A new good friend: Santiago. Let me just tell you, he's a funny guy...
I swear this photo was not edited. This is how the picture came out... Breath-taking, isn't it?
GO BIG RED! Gotta show some love!
Madame Karine Gautier and I. She's a pretty cool lady :)
"What's the name of yo school?!" NICHOLLS, lol..
A little sight we saw after getting off the boat. The sad part about this was that the owner of these two beautiful animals was collecting money. If you're homeless or need money, you shouldn't have a pet, much less TWO. Just sayin.
Well, that's all I have time for right now; I have to go to class (French civilization, YEAH!) . I will update more in a few hours.
À plus tard!!
Kristen
